A family bakery, built in Clifton.
Daisy’s Bakery started in 1999 with one family, a small crew, and a simple idea: bake good product, charge a fair price, and deliver when you say you will.
The first accounts were local. Diners that needed cookies and pound cake on the counter. Delis that wanted danishes ready before the morning rush. Corner grocers that sold out of conchas by noon and called for more. We kept the ovens on, kept the quality steady, and the orders kept coming.

Today Daisy’s runs a full production facility at 450 Getty Ave in Clifton, New Jersey. We bake at volume for restaurants, diners, delis, grocery stores, and distributors, and our products have reached retailers in five states: New Jersey, New York, Florida, Illinois, and North Carolina. The company is still family owned and operated.
Baking at scale changed our equipment. It did not change our standards. We follow the same recipes week after week, so the concha your customer buys this Friday tastes like the one they bought last Friday. We check product as it comes off the line. If it is not right, it does not ship.

We keep pricing fair and honest, because wholesale is a relationship business. Our accounts stay with us for years, and that only happens when both sides win.
